Achieving Happiness

Achieving Happiness tells the story of how the author overcame his own self-imposed limitations and then worked as a therapist, coach, and facilitator of psychological workshops, before creating Mindset Priming - a fascinating coaching approach, linking psychology and kinesiology, that "does for coaching what colour did for black-and-white television". His work has benefited clients from all walks of life - the unemployed, the homeless, the critically ill, people in businesses and athletes with Olympic aspirations. He hopes that the many glowing endorsement of his work will inspire readers to follow in his footsteps and apply the concepts from the book to ensure they have something to look forward to that stimulates and energises them. He also hopes that coaches and mentors will want to improve their skills and will choose to work with Mindset Priming to put their own clients in touch with their ideal future and to remove any sabotage that may be inhibiting their progress.
