Adrian Bowley, born on 30th January 1958 in Nottingham, is now a fully-fledged pensioner. He lives with his family in a small town between Derby and Nottingham, along with their adorable cocker spaniel, Peggy. After 42 years of clerical work, Adrian suddenly had a lot more spare time on his hands. Luckily, they were first-time dog owners, which meant most of their leisure time was occupied with walking Peggy and keeping her out of mischief. This led to Adrian considering a journey into the world of short stories resulting in It s Raining Cats and Dogs.
