Alec Forshaw has written a number of books on London's history and topography, including Smithfield Past and Present (with Theo Bergstrom), The Markets of London (with Theo Bergstrom), The Open Spaces of London (with Theo Bergstrom), 1970s London and The Building That Lived Twice. He lives in London. Theo Bergstrom was a well-known fashion, landscape and cookery photographer who also published a number of books through his own publishing company Bergstrom & Boyle, including Stonehenge: A Picture Book, The Thames: A Picture Book and Hadrian's Wall: A Picture Book.
