Amr Abdo is a classical archaeologist and independent researcher. In 2019, he received his PhD with a cum laude distinction from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (Catalonia). Since 2013, his research has focused on landscape archaeology and urbanism in antiquity, with a special focus on the topography of ancient Alexandria.
