Andrew Cashin is a lifelong record collector, certified meditation teacher, and a global-event producer. Born on Merseyside, England, Andrew has been shaped by music, from his 25-year career producing large-scale corporate events across multiple continents to a love of record-collecting that has spanned more than four decades. Andrew is also the founding chairman of the Official Liverpool Supporters Club of Toronto and co-founder of the East Side Vinyl Society. He lives in Toronto with his wife, Kelly, and his son, Rhys. Alan Cross is a Canadian radio broadcaster and a writer on music, best known nationally and internationally as host of the syndicated radio series The Ongoing History of New Music, The Secret History of Rock, and ExploreMusic. Lodro Rinzler is the cofounder and Chief Spiritual Officer of MNDFL Meditation and is the award-winning author of six books: The Buddha Walks into a Bar; Walk Like a Buddha; The Buddha Walks into the Office; Sit Like a Buddha; How to Love Yourself (And Sometimes Other People); and Love Hurts. He teaches meditation in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage and has spoken across the world at conferences, universities, and businesses as diverse as Google, Harvard University, and the White House.
