ANDY REID is the Founder of GENIUS BOX, a creative agency on a mission to inspire businesses to think differently about their approach to problem solving. Every day, Andy's job is to design and deliver creative interventions that generate energy and impact. He runs training programmes, strategic workshops, innovation projects, design sprints and a range of other speaking engagements and creative sessions. Andy partners with the leadership teams from businesses including Booking.com, HSBC, Beam Suntory, Channel Four and ABInBev. Andy is married with 2 children, has had three surgeries from skiing accidents, owns a problematic sports car and knows absolutely nothing about football.
