Anita Paulette Reed-Froelich married early, like her mother, Pauline, the protagonist in her book "Where Wildflowers Grew. " Her four loving children blessed her with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who continually inspire her. After an eleven-year tenure as a police officer and investigator, she pursued writing and developing her artistic talents, opened a flower and craft shop, and took a writing course to write children's stories. She eventually self-published "Zaine and the Cradle for the King. " Next, she focused on writing "Where Wildflowers Grew," her riveting story about how her parents met, and her fifty-two-year quest to find her father. Her story is written with love and compassion.
