Brenda Thurmond is a proud North Georgia native whose heart has always belonged to family, faith, and the joy of storytelling. A devoted member of Clarkesville Baptist Church, Brenda spent over 45 years in the local school system, where she inspired countless young hearts. Her love of writing began long ago and has filled her life in many ways-from church plays and Sunday school lessons to stories written especially for children. Now, in her eighties, Brenda is living a dream she has carried for years-creating books that celebrate kindness, faith, and the magic of Christmas. Her greatest joy comes from knowing her stories may help children feel seen, loved, and reminded that they are never alone. When she's not writing, Brenda enjoys reading, time with family and friends, yoga, and her favorite place in the world-the Clarkesville Library.
