Captain C was born in Dobrogea, Romania. He graduated from Maritime Academy and set sail as a deck officer, chief mate, and master seafaring vessels. He is an honorary member of the Romanian Shipmasters Association and a member of the Romanian Writers Union. He has published eleven books until now (novels and short stories) in Romania of which three have already been translated and published in the USA.
