Autor/-in: Christie Elam EdD

Dr. Christie Elam has served in public schools for over 18 years. Her doctoral research focused on strategies that general education teachers, parents, and others can use when working with students who have been diagnosed with an emotional/behavioral disorder, or EBD. She lives in a small rural town north of Memphis, Tennessee, with her daughter and is an active member of her local church. She has always had a great passion for working with children, especially those needing a little extra support. Dr. Elam is available for author visits and training sessions for schools, churches, or parent groups working with children who struggle with EBD.
