Helen Cross (@growcookinspire) is a gardener, author, journalist and broadcaster. She has presented on ITV’s Alan Titchmarsh GardeningClub; has written for the likes of Homes and Garden and The English Garden; and regularly appears at leading gardening and literary events, including those connected with RHS flower shows and Sarah Raven’s Perch Hill. With more than 18 years’ experience in PR and media, Helen brings authority and narrative skill to her writing. Her first book (Grow, Cook, Inspire, 2023) was praised by Cerys Matthews as ‘inspiring’.
