The EditorDominic Davies has a wide experience of 'people work' in the statutory and voluntary sectors. He has worked in Residential Social Work; University Counselling; and HIV/AIDS and Sexuality Training. He is currently Senior Lecturer in Counselling at Nottingham Trent University. He holds a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, is a BAC Accredited Counsellor and a member of the Steering Group for the Association for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Psychologies. Charles Neal is a therapist, trainer, educator and gay father with 25 years' experience working towards empowerment with people of all ages at points of change. He specialises in gay affirmative therapy and working with artists and performers and is founding chair of the Association for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Psychologies in the UK. A graduate of Spectrum's humanistic training, he has a lifelong involvement in analytic, integrative and humanistic therapies.
