Donna Glazer is a corneotherapist, skin science educator, award-winning clinician, and founder and CEO of I. D. Skincare in the United Kingdom. With 40 years in the beauty and skincare industry, Donna has spent the last three decades specialising exclusively in skin. She has owned and developed successful skin clinics, including transforming her original beauty business into a dedicated skin clinic that continues to run today. Donna has remained a hands-on, working skincare professional throughout her career. With over 30 years of clinical experience treating thousands of skins, she has consistently worked within corneotherapeutic principles, seeing first-hand the long-term clinical outcomes that come from working with the skin's needs, not against it. For the past 17 years, Donna has also distributed a leading corneotherapeutic product line, deepening her understanding of how the skin responds when products are truly aligned with corneotherapeutic values. Donna sits on the educational board of the International Association for Applied Corneotherapy and is a recognised educator within her field. She has trained and guided countless therapists, bringing clarity to both clinical practice and professional education. Known for her no-nonsense approach, Donna has a deep love and passion for skin and for teaching skin in a way that makes science easier to understand. Her work focuses on simplifying skin without diminishing its importance, helping therapists move away from trends, marketing language, and product-led thinking, and return to the skin itself. Her education is skin-led, science-based and grounded in real clinical practice. Her work has always returned to the same foundation: understanding what the skin is doing, why it is doing it, and how to support it with respect.
