Eva Starling has been entranced by medieval history ever since she started reading European folk tales as a child, and a lengthy career in journalism allowed her to immerse herself in those cultures whence those tales sprang. Now, she in investing that experience into writing historical romances featuring clever, ambitious, savvy young women and the men who can't help falling in love with them. Determined Damsels, set during the turbulent times of King Richard the Lionheart, is her first romance series. Eva now lives in western Canada, where she is raising a precocious daughter and catching up on her reading, no matter how silly.
