Fiona Flores Watson (scribblerinseville. com) hails from Essex, worked in London as a writer and editor for 10 years, lived in Ecuador for a year and has been based in Spain’s Seville since 2003. She writes articles on all aspects of the city - food, festivals, culture, history, events - for a wide variety of publications, including The Telegraph, The Times, The Independent, Food & Travel, US News, Lonely Planet and High Life, and has updated Bradt’s Seville travel guidebook. A keen foodie, Watson loves wine, especially Andalucian wines and sherry; she is always on the lookout for new wineries, and is an advocate for lesser-known wines from Seville and Huelva provinces. She is also a travel guide, translator, copywriter and ghostwriter, working for both academic and commercial clients in fields as varied as travel, food, wine, property and fashion. She is married to a Spaniard and has two bilingual, bicultural children.
