A freelance recipe developer, food writer and editor based in London, Helen Graves is also the co-founder and editor of Pit, an independent food magazine, for which she won ‘Editor of the Year, Food & Drink’ at the British Society of Magazine Editors Awards 2020. She has won the YBF Award for food writing and been shortlisted for a Fortnum & Mason Award. She has written for Olive, Food & Travel, National Geographic Food, and many others.
