Ilongo Fritz Ngale is a Cameroonian psychologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Eswatini. He has authored academic research articles and books on education, workplace bullying, religious violence, conflict resolution, and corruption. He has contributed to poetry anthologies, short story series, fiction, and poetry in the English and French languages. His research interests include philosophies of education, workplace bullying, conflict resolution, gender-based violence, consciousness studies, and African counselling approaches.
