J. D. Debris. is a poet, fiction writer, and musician from Massachusetts, known for his unique live performances combining poetry, live music, and storytelling. His debut collection of poems, The Scorpion’s Question Mark. (Autumn House Press, 2023), was selected by Cornelius Eady for the Donald Justice Poetry Prize. He was a Goldwater Fellow at New York University, where he received his MFA, and has received further awards from DISQUIET, Narrative. , and Ploughshares.
