James Montgomery FRSA is an ACCA-qualified accountant who spent eight years in practice, progressing from accountancy into technology-focused roles within the same financial services firm before founding his own digital agency in 2005. Over the following two decades, he completed more than 500 positioning and branding projects for organisations of all sizes. In 2021, he co-founded The Forge Partnership, helping SME financial firms build trust and grow. He led The Forge Partnership's ISO 27001 certification and advocates for AI that augments people rather than replaces them.
