His methodology draws upon research into 153 UK businesses that grew to more than 250 employees and £30 million in revenue before ultimately collapsing, identifying the common factors that cause promising companies to fail and providing practical solutions to avoid the same fate. Over the years, Jay has coached and mentored more than 850 business owners across 34 countries, helping entrepreneurs move from being overworked operators to strategic business owners.
