Born in the French West Indies, Jean Ranguin has spent most of his life in Paris but lived for 9 years in the UK and the USA and a year in South India. His writings are based on real-life stories and inspired by true characters. He always invites the reader to travel around the planet, as in Victoria: A Women s Story, A Love Story, where he takes us to 12 countries and 4 continents.
