JEFFREY CONRAD is a retired special education district administrator with experience as a secondary teacher, building principal, and university instructor. He served in the U. S. Army, notably in the 82nd Airborne Division, and held qualifications that included Airborne, Ranger, Air Assault, Jumpmaster, and Rotary-wing Aviator. His educational background includes undergraduate and doctoral degrees in education, along with graduate degrees in business and national security studies. His time at Georgetown University sparked his interest in international affairs and advocating for those living under oppressive regimes. Jeff and his wife Michaela divide their time between residences in Milton, Delaware and Charleston, South Carolina. The Last Lesson is his debut novel.
