Dr. Jen Frahm has spent three decades helping people make sense of change. A global expert in organizational change, transformation, and change communication, Jen is known for her ability to translate complexity into action-equal parts truth-teller, ambiguity-tamer, and practical problem-solver. She works at the intersection of change and agility, neuroscience, and communication, and is a sought-after speaker and thought leader on what change actually requires of the people doing the work. Jen is the co-founder of the Agile Change Leadership Institute, where she has helped thousands of practitioners and leaders build the capability to lead through complex and continuously evolving environments. She is the author of Conversations of Change: A Guide to Workplace Change (2017), Change. Leader (2021) and the co-author of The Agile Change Playbook (2020). Change. Communication. is her fourth book, and the one she has been writing-in one form or another-since her PhD. Originally an academic, Jen's doctoral research at Queensland University of Technology examined how change communication shapes change receptivity-work that continues to underpin her thinking today. She has lectured across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programs in leadership, organizational behavior, project management, and innovation, and her longstanding involvement with the International Association of Business Communicators and change practitioner networks worldwide keeps her close to the evolving realities of the work. Across her career, she has designed and delivered change in industries ranging from wine sales to wedding dresses, veterinary pharmaceuticals to energy utilities-working with everyone from nuns to engineers, across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors in more than 80 countries. Jen grew up on the land of the Yuwibara people and now lives and works on the land of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people.
