Jerry Bonmer, a co-founder of Quinne & Co. Press, where he creates books that inspire children and families to explore nature through curiosity, kindness, and discovery. A retired police chief, county park ranger, Eagle Scout, photographer, artist, and lifelong storyteller, Jerry has spent decades sharing the lessons found on trails, in forests, and among wildlife. His experiences outdoors inspired the Murphy & the Magic Wild series, helping young readers discover that every adventure offers an opportunity to learn. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife, Colleen, and Quinne, their energetic Sheepadoodle, who proudly serves as Murphy's enthusiastic Junior Ranger partner.
