She's the founder of the wildly popular Instagram account @GlucoseGoddess where she teaches tens of thousands of people about healthy food habits. She holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from King's College, London, and a MS in biochemistry from Georgetown University. Her work at a genetic analysis start-up in Silicon Valley made her realize that food habits beat genetics for good health. She is the author of Glucose Revolution and The Glucose Goddess Method.
