John Simmons is a writer with an international reputation. He s the author of three novels Leaves, Spanish Crossings, The Good Messenger and poetry including the pamphlet Berliners shortlisted for the Live Canon award and published in 2024. He s also a writer in the world of brands, whose seminal book We, Me, Them & It was recently republished in a 21st anniversary edition. He s co-founder of two influential writing organisations, Dark Angels and 26. Through them he runs writing workshops and creative projects. He s also the curator of a podcast Why words matter, and an Honorary Fellow of Falmouth University (for services to the creative industries).
