Kai Roberts has an avid interest in folklore and legend and has authored several books and magazine articles on related topics, including the History Press title Haunted Huddersfield. Having studied a philosophy MA, he is now a freelance researcher and maintains his own website: Ghosts and Legends of the Lower Calder Valley (lowercalderlegends.wordpress.com). He lives in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
