Katt has been writing poetry and stories since she was seven years old. Even back then, she knew she wanted to make a poetry book someday. Years later, when she started posting her work on forums like The Starlite Café, people began reaching out to her about her poems on abuse, heartbreak, and survival-telling her that her words made them feel seen. That was the moment she realized this wasn't just something she wanted to do. it was something she needed to do. It took Katt years to find the courage to put herself out there. And when she finally released Silhouettes of My Tarnished Soul, nothing went smoothly-the uploads failed, the formatting fell apart, the fonts were a disaster, and the editing didn't go the way she hoped. But even with everything that went wrong, the book still made its way into the world, raw and real, exactly as her soul wrote it. Katt is grateful she finally took that step, and she hopes her words continue to reach anyone who needs a voice beside their own. Her second book is already on the horizon-focused on longing, desire, and the kind of love that aches to be found.
