Dr. Kristine Sickels spent twenty years climbing the corporate ladder, becoming SVP of marketing for a $2 billion portfolio of brands including Rubbermaid, Crockpot, Calphalon, Mr. Coffee, and Oster. Along the way she noticed a problem she could not unsee: women's voices were often missing from the rooms where decisions get made. She has spent the second half of her career changing that. Through her writing, speaking, and coaching, Dr. Sickels shows women how to speak with clarity and confidence at work. She cofounded C-Sweet, a multimillion-dollar, women-owned consulting firm, and is CEO of Mic Drop, a company that helps women book paid speaking engagements and grow their income and impact. Dr. Sickels holds a doctorate in business administration from Georgia State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She splits her time between Washington and Georgia, building the rooms she once searched for, where women speak up and shape the future.
