Lifei Wang, Ph. D, is a full professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Materials Processing Engineering at Taiyuan University of Technology, China. His main research direction is new forming technologies for magnesium and magnesium alloys. So far, he has presided over more than 20 vertical and horizontal projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Fund, Shanxi Excellent Youth Fund, Shanxi Youth Top notch Talent Program, Shanxi Key R&D Program, and Shanxi Major Patent Promotion and Implementation Support Special Project. He has published more than 180 academic papers (H-factor 36, cited more than 3600), applied for 70 national invention patents, published 2 academic monographs, and won 3 provincial-level scientific and technological awards for the first author of research results, as well as 2 provincial-level scientific and technological awards for key personnel. He serves as young editors for 19 well-known journals.
