Lindsey Henin is a Minnesota-based writer with a heart for honesty, connection, and the messy, beautiful reality of being human. She is the author of Grief is Dumb, You're Not, a deeply personal book inspired by the sudden loss of her mom, as well as many other loved ones who have shaped her into the woman she is today. Through her writing, Lindsey hopes to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and a little less alone in their grief and in life. She believes strength and sensitivity can coexist, and she embraces both-loving loudly, feeling deeply, and showing up authentically in everything she does. Outside of writing, Lindsey finds joy in cooking, building LEGO creations, and creating meaningful moments with the people she loves. She lives with her amazing husband, Jason, and their sweet bulldog, Rosie. Whether on the page or in everyday life, she is passionate about helping others feel valued, connected, and understood.
