I write because stories are how I make sense of the world. I'm drawn to the quiet spaces between people - the looks that come with subtitles, the loyalties that bind us, the moments we almost got right, and can't let go. Lifnos grew out of those fascinations: a place where belonging is rarely simple, secrets linger, and justice usually sends a bill. I also write contemporary urban fantasy and sci-fi thriller under the pen name Elena Lyra.
