During my experience of being a social worker I continue to experience people that are truly hard on themselves and have a hard time forgiving themselves for past mistakes. I designed this journal in hopes that people will be able to change their perspective on life experiences and realize that mistakes are truly lessons. Those lessons are there for us to take with us and move on freely, leaving all negativity behind.
