Lyn Willmott has a four-year BA in Ceramic Design and spent many years running her own pottery. She is also a teacher, and as well as working with both children and adults, she spent an interesting five years running the education dept in a prison. Aged sixty, she qualified as a fitness instructor conducting fitness trials for Monash University. Her self-help book A Small Book of Comfort offers guidance to those dealing chronic illness and depression.
