Passionate about building soulful brands, Maria Brasil is the founder of Essence Branding, a B Corp specialising in brand strategy, she holds a master's degree in Brands, Communication and Culture from Goldsmiths, University of London, and works as a professor at universities in Brazil. TEDx speaker with international experience, she is the author of The Defendant's Speech and Soulful Brands, works that explore themes such as branding and ESG. She is also a member of the Brazilian Council for Women Entrepreneurs and Culture and the Conscious Capitalism Institute Brazil Ethics Committee.
