Martin Anzellini, born 1985, is an architectural designer and coordinator focused on the organic dynamics shaping human habitats, particularly in marginal contexts. He serves as Regional Director at the Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure and Advisor at the HCDA in Honolulu, was part of the WEF Expert Task Force on Nature-Positive Cities, and managed Smart Cities and Urban Projects at Probogotá. As founder of AGRA and HabArk, he drove the development of resilient, equitable, and beautiful built environments. He was Director of the School of Architecture of Javeriana University and advisor at the Planning Secretariat of Bogotá. He contributed to Disney's Cultural Trust for the Oscar-winning film Encanto and authored publications on sustainable construction, resilient landscapes, and planning guidelines. He holds a Doctor of Architecture degree from the University of Hawai'i.
