Matt Thomas is a horseman, engineer, poet, and novelist. His work has appeared in numerous journals and magazines. 'Cicada, Dog, & Song, ' a third poetry collection, was published by Serving House Books in 2026. 'Good Nature' is the first of what he hopes are many Westerns. He lives with his family in the Blue Ridge foothills of Virginia.
