Matthew Russell is a Japanese Teacher/Author/Presenter from Victoria, BC, Canada. He presents on various CI(Comprehensible Input), and TPRS(Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling) both at conferences and through his YouTube channel. He founded the JTCC Online conference to help increase the amount of professional development opportunities in the Japanese education community. Together with his wife, Matthew Russell writes novels and short stories designed specifically to allow repetition in context to facilitate natural long term acquisition of Japanese.
