Dr. Michael P. Infranco is a distinguished academic and military veteran with a PhD in Political Science from Washington State University, an MA in International Relations from Salve Regina University, and a BA in History from Stony Brook University. He has taught history and political science for over twenty years at colleges in the Northwest and served two decades in the U. S. Naval Reserve, retiring as a Lieutenant Commander. His deployment to the Persian Gulf during the Iran-Iraq War informs his research on national strategy. Dr. Infranco's scholarly contributions include works on the U. S. -Iran nuclear standoff and the Rwandan Genocide.
