He has worked in India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Manila, with expertise in implementing major infrastructure projects in transport, energy, and urban development sectors, including post-disaster emergency programs. His professional experience spans Afghanistan, India, the Philippines, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Vietnam. He holds a civil engineering degree from IIT Varanasi and a master's in urban environmental and sanitary engineering from IHE-UNESCO, Netherlands.
