Neal E. Fischer is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and pop culture fanatic who released his first book, Being Patrick Swayze: Essential Teachings from the Master of the Mullet, in 2022 to great acclaim from readers and friends/collaborators of the ’80s icon. His second book, Behind the Screens: Illustrated Floor Plans and Scenes from the Best TV Shows of All Time, in collaboration with illustrator/author Iñaki Aliste Lizarralde. Neal lives in Chicago with his wife, Colleen, a theatre director and special education instructor.
