The author is a para-academic specialising in Ethics and the Philosophy of Mind. Previously, he was an educationalist with forty-six years' teaching experience in high school classrooms (Philosophy and Non-Formal Logic) and as a senior educational manager. He holds an MPhil (cum laude) from the University of Wales and enjoys the cinema of Andrei Tarkovsky and the philosophical works of Dostoevsky, Stanislaw Lem, Iris Murdoch and Rebecca Goldstein.
