Nicky Small is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Solihull College and University Centre. She teaches on Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and degree programmes and is programme leader for CIPD courses. In addition, she has held a number of positions with CIPD, including Lead EQA. Nicky has held a variety of HR and managerial positions in the retail and telecommunications organisations and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
