Nuala Moore is an open-water swimmer and cold-water safety expert. She holds two Guinness World Records for extreme swims. She has represented Ireland at five ice swimming world championships and was part of the relay team to swim around Ireland in 2006. In 2017, Red Bull recognised her as one of Ireland's most adventurous women.
