Addy Osmani is a senior staff engineering manager working on Google Chrome. He leads up teams focused on making the web fast. For the past 15 years, he has been leading teams through a variety of different roles, from an individual contributor mentoring others, through to tech lead, to tech lead manager at varying levels.
