Paul T. Nicholson. is Reader in Archaeology at the School of History, Archaeology and Religion at Cardiff University. He has undertaken fieldwork on behalf of the EES at Amarna, Kom Helul and North Saqqara. His research interests are in early technologies, especially of vitreous materials, and in archaeological science.
