Autor/-in: Paula Paul

Paula Paul was born on her grandfather's cotton farm in Lubbock County Texas, and grew up on a ranch in Bailey County, a county named for an ancestor of hers who died at the Alamo. She attended a country school, earned a degree in journalism, and won several state and national awards for her work as a journalist. She launched her career as a novelist while she was still working as a reporter in Albuquerque and subsequently published thirty-three novels. She has won a Willa Cather Award, a Texas Institute of Letters Award, two Next Generation Indie Book Awards, a New Mexico Book Award, a National Press Women's Award for Novel, two first place Readers' Favorite awards, and several other awards. Some of the books in her Alexandra Gladstone Mystery Series have been best sellers on Amazon.
