About the Author. ​"I was born in a small town in Louisiana and raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan, as the youngest of three siblings. My mother, a God-fearing single parent, did her best to raise me in the Word of God. I answered the call to preach the gospel at the age of 18. Since then, I've overcome many struggles and faced much opposition, but I am still fighting the good fight-demonstrating that all things are possible with God. By living in obedience to the Lord, I let my life be a living testimony, fighting not for victory, but from Christ's victory over sin and death. Now 52 years old, I am expecting the Lord.
