Penguins, Paws & Tails, The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss, The Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi Show, Tom and Jerry,. and Space Racers. Phil has written four books and dozens of magazine articles and stories. Phil lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, Leslie, three dogs, three cats, and an African Grey parrot named Spike.
