Pietro Montaldo is the founder of NotLinear, an AI education company teaching non-technical operators how to run AI at work. He scaled a software company from $0 to $1M in 12 months, then co-founded NForce, an AI development agency with clients on four continents. He has trained 5,000 operators from companies such as Gartner, TikTok, Warner Bros. , J&J, and PayPal, and his content reaches 500,000 professionals each month. Before founding NotLinear, Pietro studied finance at Università Bocconi and worked at Project A, a top-tier VC firm. He runs live training sessions, including his bestselling Maven course, Claude for Non-Technical Operators, and writes the newsletter Building with AI for Non-Techies. Originally from Italy, he now lives in Barcelona, Spain.
